All of which, ultimately, produces the Results all of our stakeholders desire. - Fulshear is a treatment to transition program for women+ 18 to 27. - We use an Adult Attachment model as well as EMDR, DBT, family systems, and other modalities to treat trauma, substance issues, personality disorders, family issues, anxiety, depression and other challenges. - Fulshear guides young women+ through healing and transitioning until they have achieved healthy independence. - Clients begin their journey at our ranch and then transition to apartment living , while working on academics, life skills, and work. - At Fulshear young women+ have the opportunity to realize their full potential.

Our values empathy, trusting relationships, growth minded, service minded, and results.Weekly 1:1 meeting/training with supervisor.   Shifts are as follows: Wednesday 1pm-6pm Thursday - Sunday 10am-6pm, Off Days Monday & Tuesday.      What we offer: Opportunity to develop, prepare and produce fresh and healthy menus for lunch and dinner, which feed up to 30 people. Profile: Direct Support Professional/Coach Wed-Sat 11am-7pm   Fulshear is a treatment to transition program for women+ ages 18-27. We are an attachment-based program. We focus on available, responsive, and secure relationships to help young adult women+ heal from trauma and attachment wounds. Fulshear provides a built-in continuum of care for acute client care. Clients start their work at the ranch campus in the small town of Needville to focus on healing trauma and attachment, learn and implement self-care skills, and experience holistic health practices. Begin foundational work at the ranch by implementing treatment plan and life skills to every day activities. Clients become healthy, secure and integrated young adult women+.

We are a comprehensive program that treats underlying issues that fuel the emotional and  dependency disorders. Our mission is to help launch healthy, strong, and integrated women+. Position: We are currently seeking an Addiction Counselor to join our compassionate and professional team. The counselor provides individual sessions, groups focused around the intracacies of attachment disorders, transports clients to off-campus community meetings, plans bonding outings/retreats/activities, attends treatment team and clinical meetings, completes assessment testing, and captures case notes in a web-based data system.
