  • Fulshear is a treatment to transition program for women+ 18 to 27.
  • We use an Adult Attachment model as well as EMDR, DBT, family systems, and other modalities to treat trauma, substance issues, personality disorders, family issues, anxiety, depression and other challenges.
  • Fulshear guides young women+ through healing and transitioning until they have achieved healthy independence.
  • Clients begin their journey at our ranch and then transition to apartment living , while working on academics, life skills, and work.
  • At Fulshear young women+ have the opportunity to realize their full potential.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in and record sales activities.
  • Attend weekly Admissions meetings.
  • Follow up on all leads
  • Return phone calls/inquiries
  • Update Sales Force in expected timely manner
  • Assist Admissions Director advertising to target markets as assigned.
  • Schedule and conduct on-campus tours.
  • Answer inquiries about Fulshear’s services.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, new markets, and methods.
  • Assist in Marketing to Educational Consultants, private Therapists, Psych Hospitals, other programs, Wilderness and others as assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships with said entities.
  • Assist in hosting tours/events.
  • Attend conferences assigned.
  • Close applications for potential clients
  • Travel as assigned by director
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Social Work or Discipline Psychology, Medical Business Management, Residential Treatment a plus
  • Knowledge of Company policies and practices (see training manual).
  • Skill in managing available resources and creating a true team environment.
  • Skill in communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Ability to work effectively collaborate with teams/departments and other professionals.
  • Minimum of 1 year with Fulshear or 1 year experience in sales or mental health field preferred.
